THE OBJECTIVES

Under the new ownership of North Port Events, C+Co was engaged to deliver broad ranging media coverage in the lead up to the event, driving positive word of month, social media activity and supporting ticket sales.

 

THE IDEA

A multilayered PR strategy to run across 6 months in the lead up to the event, clearly positioning the Art Fair as a reinvigorated event under new ownership and delivering a consistent media presence to drive brand awareness and ticket sales.

 

THE RESULTS

The multi-channel PR campaign drove exceptional coverage across all media platforms, exceeded KPI’s and contributed to strong ticket sales. C+Co worked with Viva magazine to create an Art themed issue on a purely editorial basis delivering exceptional coverage for the fair. Among more than 90 pieces of media coverage other key highlights included TV One Breakfast, TV3 Story, George FM and the NZ Herald.

The show attracted a record number of visitors and VIP’s over the five days and the 40 participating galleries sold works of art valued at more than $2.5 million.
