CAMPBELL+CO’s ROLE WITH NZFW

Campbell+Co has delivered strategic communications support to NZFW since 2006, but our role runs much deeper than just delivering NZFW’s PR strategy. We work closely with sponsors and brand partners to develop their leveraging strategies and to ensure they receive maximum benefit and exposure from the event. We work closely with designers to ensure they get their share of voice with the media and provide mentoring to emerging designers by coaching them on PR and marketing strategies.  We have also provided PR services directly to a number of NZFW sponsors, to ensure they get maximum value from their experience.

 

THE OBJECTIVES

To showcase New Zealand’s biggest fashion event to the country and to the world, through a comprehensive PR campaign that delivers coverage across the spectrum of news, fashion and lifestyle media, with the goal of bettering the level and value of media coverage received the previous year.

 

THE RESULTS
Blanket media coverage has been achieved across all media platforms with more than 2,500 media stories each year, (not including social media). This includes stories on all the major television news and current affairs programming and key features in all major New Zealand newspapers and relevant fashion industry magazines.
